💗 Welcome to Luxury Beauty Factory! 💗 I’m a licensed cosmetologist offering luxury hair services tailored to each client. Please review the salon policies below before booking to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. ✨ Policy Update – Effective January 1, 2026 ✨ 💳 Payment Policy • Deposits are required at the time of booking through the booking website. • Remaining balances must be paid at the time of service. • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, and Zelle. • Cash App is NO LONGER accepted. • Buy Now, Pay Later options (Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, and other available providers) are accepted where applicable. 👧🏽 Kids Services Policy • All kids services are for ages 12 & under only and must be booked under the Kids Services category. • Shampoo services are NOT included with kids appointments unless added during booking. • Hair must arrive clean, shampooed, and fully detangled before the appointment. • Additional styling options such as extra length, beads, specialty parting, heart designs, detangling, and other customizations must be selected under the Kids Add-Ons category at the time of booking. • Excessive detangling, extra thick hair, or additional styling time may require an additional fee. ⏰ After-Hours & Holiday Appointments • All after-hours and holiday appointments require an additional $50 fee. 💇🏽‍♀️ Wig, Frontal & Closure Drop-Off Policy • All wigs with lace must be dropped off 2–3 days prior to your appointment during salon hours. • Same-day wig drop-offs will incur a $35 same-day preparation fee. 🔥 Lace Melt Bands • A lace melt band is required for all lace services. • Clients may bring their own or purchase one at their appointment. • All bands must be clean and ready for use. ⏱ Late Arrival Policy • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will be charged a $15 late fee. • Excessive lateness may result in the appointment being rescheduled or canceled. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance using the confirmation link provided. • Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-shows will result in 100% of the service total being charged to the card on file. • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Failure to properly cancel or repeatedly no-show may result in loss of future booking privileges. • Holiday and after-hours appointments are non-refundable once booked.
