💕 Welcome to Luxury Beauty Factory! I’m a licensed cosmetologist offering a range of services tailored to your hair needs. Please read the updated salon policies below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. ✨ Policy Update – Effective January 1, 2025‼️ 💳 Payment Policy • Remaining balances must be paid in cash at the time of service. • Deposits are still accepted through the booking website. You’re welcome to pay in full online if you prefer. • We now accept payments via Zelle, Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay to give you flexible payment options. 📅 Sunday Appointments • All Sunday bookings will include a $50 non-refundable service fee. 💇‍♀️ Wig, Frontal & Closure Drop-Off • Please drop off wigs, frontals, or closures 2–3 days before your appointment during salon hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM). • Need same-day lace customization? A $50 fee will apply. 🔥 Lace Melt Bands • A lace melt band is required for all lace-related services. • You may bring your own, purchase one from me, or buy a new one at the time of your appointment. • All bands must be clean and ready for use. 🗓️ Booking & Service Requests • Be sure to include all services you want at the time of booking — additional services may not be available on the day of your appointment. • Knotless Braids (Kids Styles) do not include a shampoo — please add it to your booking if needed. • Hair must be: ✔️ Fully washed ✔️ Blow-dried ✔️ Free of oils or heavy products If your hair is not properly prepped, your appointment will be canceled. 🎨 Hair for Braided Styles • Hair is included for all braided styles in standard colors: 1, 1B, 2, and 4. • Specialty colors will incur a $25 additional charge. • Curly hair styles include a $20 upcharge. ⏰ Late Arrival Policy • If you’re 15+ minutes will be a $15 late fee late without notice, your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled, and the full payment will still be required. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 12–24 hours in advance using your confirmation link. • Failure to cancel properly will result in a 50% charge to the card on file.
